Pet Scanner: Dog Cat Health ("the App", "we", "our") is an iOS application that provides AI-powered insights about your pet's size, estimated weight, and body condition. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Pet photos: Photos you take or upload are processed to generate scan results. Photos are used only to provide the scanning feature.
- Pet profile data: Information you enter, such as your pet's name, species, breed, age, and logged meals, is stored to provide app functionality like progress tracking and diet plans.
- Purchase data: Subscription and purchase status is processed through Apple's App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) to unlock Premium features. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Usage and diagnostics: Basic, anonymized usage and crash data may be collected to improve app stability and performance.
How We Use Information
- To provide scan results, health insights, progress tracking, and diet plans
- To manage your subscription and restore purchases
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Apple (App Store / StoreKit): payment processing and subscription management
- RevenueCat: subscription status management
- AI processing providers: pet photos are processed to generate scan results and are not used to identify people
Data Retention & Deletion
Pet profile data is retained while you use the App. You can delete your data at any time by deleting your pet profiles in the App or by deleting the App itself. To request deletion of any data associated with your account, contact us using the support details below and we will process the request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Open the App, tap Scan, and take a clear photo of your dog or cat in good lighting. Results appear within seconds.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Pet Scanner, and choose Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.
Open the App, go to the paywall or settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Delete your pet profiles in the App, or delete the App to remove local data. For full deletion requests, email us and we will confirm within 30 days.
